Return, Replacement and Alteration Policy

At Vivid, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. Below is a clear outline of our return and alteration policy to help you understand your options:

 

Return and Replacement Policy

Customers may return or request a replacement under the following conditions:

1. Incorrect Size Sent:

•If the size received does not match what was ordered, customers are eligible for a return or replacement.

•If the customer selects the wrong size when placing the order, returns are not permitted.

2. Damaged Items:

•If an item arrives damaged (e.g., torn, burnt, or bleached), customers can request a return or replacement.

3. Incorrect Color or Cut:

•If the item received differs in color or cut from what was selected at the time of ordering, a return or replacement is available.

 

For any of these conditions, we guarantee an instant refund or replacement within 3 business days.

 

 

Alteration Policy

We offer alteration services to ensure garments fit perfectly:

1. Free Alteration:

•If the item received is larger than the size ordered, a free alteration service is provided to adjust the size.

2. Paid Alteration:

•If the item received is the correct size but the customer mistakenly selected the wrong size during the order process, a paid alteration service is available for 4 BD. This fee also applies if the item was damaged by the customer after receipt.

Alteration Processing Times:

•Alterations due to errors made by Vivid will be completed within 1 business day.

•For items where the customer selected the incorrect size, the alteration process may take up to 3 business days.
